1. Entry into the competition is your acceptance of these terms.
2. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins.
3. The prize, for one person, is an iPhone 4, 8GB.
4. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 or over, except for employees of HarperCollins or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.
5. The competition closes Wednesday 29th February 2012 and the prize will be delivered before 30th April 2012.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received.
7. Responsibility will not be accepted for damaged, lost or delayed entries and the winning decision is final.
8. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-divisible and no cash alternatives will be offered.
9. Entries are limited to one per person and one per household.
10. No purchase is necessary.
11. Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
